  • Stakeholders and franchise owners felt the heavy use of static graphics did not adequately showcase the beauty and natural qualities of Buff City Soap’s products.

  • Animated content was lacking across all social channels, despite the growing popularity of video and animation on social media platforms.

  • There was a need to create content that resonated with the brand’s primary audience—middle-aged women, mothers, and their families—while aligning with Buff City Soap’s whimsical and natural aesthetic.

  • Swirl animations to mimic the motion of soap makers mixing products, creating a sense of craftsmanship and authenticity.

  • Bouncing text and images to convey the brand’s bubbly and playful personality.

  • Illustration-heavy designs to highlight the brand’s signature scent illustrations and maintain visual consistency.
